I’m leaving for a european cruise + hong kong tomorrow. Dunno how often I’ll get to update this blog.. just a heads up:) This trip is going to be ultimate challenge for me: I’ll be constantly surrounded by delicious (cheap/free on the cruise) food arghweoafij. Wish me luck!

Today

30 minute NTC strength training workout + 5 km run. It felt amazing.

Seriously need to get off my ass more often, it’s summer and I have nothing to do and therefore no excuses not to workout. I’ve been seriously slacking, and it’s gotta stop.

So I watched Lord of the Rings for the first time this week..

and now whenever I run I like to pretend I’m Legolas. I swear to God I feel so much lighter and go infinitely faster.

Fact: running= mind over matter (or maybe Orlando Bloom just has an amazing inspiring effect on people hahaa)

Today’s Burpee Twist Exercise Challenge

I did 58 reps. But ugh I def feel slower.. my slacking off in working out and eating way too much peanut butter during/after exams seriously has caught up to me.
